Pimsleur CantonesePimsleur Cantonese is the only program for learning Cantonese that I have come across. There may be others out there, but as I looked at the main companies creating good quality software to learn Chinese, this was it for Cantonese. It isn't surprising that there are more ways to learn Mandarin, as most people who want to learn a form of Chinese end up studying Mandarin, as it is the official language of China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and it is what people speak in Beijing. Cantonese is spoken in southeastern China and in Hong Kong. Many people from that region emigrated to other places around the world, so there is a lot of it spoken in large cities everywhere. Cantonese and Mandarin sound so different that speakers of the two languages can't understand each other.
